目的研究火电厂噪声和高温的联合作用对工人听力的影响。方法通过选择4组组间基本均衡的现场作业工人做为研究对象,对其工作环境进行噪声测试与高温测试,分析所选4组研究对象听力水平的差异。结果对所采集的数据进行统计学分析,发现高温噪声组的语频听阈和高频听阈比噪声组和高温组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);噪声组、高温噪声组的语频听阈和高频听阈与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);单纯高温作业组语频听阈和高频听阈与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与对照组相比,单纯高温对工人语频听阈和高频听阈没有影响,但同时接触噪声和高温可加重噪声对人耳语频听阈和高频听阈的损害作用。
Objective To study the effect of the combined effect of noise and high temperature in thermal power plant on workers' hearing. Methods By selecting the basic balanced fieldwork workers among the four groups as the research object, the noise and temperature of the work environment were tested, and the differences of the hearing ability of the four groups were analyzed. Results The collected data were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the threshold of audio frequency and threshold of high-frequency noise were significantly higher than that of noise and high temperature groups (P <0.01); noise group, high temperature noise Compared with the control group, the differences of the threshold of audio frequency and the threshold of high-frequency group were statistically significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in speech threshold and high-frequency threshold between the high-temperature operation group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the control group, high temperature only had no effect on the audible frequency threshold and high frequency hearing threshold of workers, but at the same time the contact noise and high temperature may aggravate the damage of audible frequency threshold and high frequency hearing threshold.
