目的:探讨拜糖平在医治社区糖尿病过程当中的医治结果和安全性。方法:将我院收治的90例该病患者分为两组,其中对照组患者给予其二甲双胍治疗,观察组则对其进行拜糖平治疗,对比两组之间的治疗效果及安全性。结果:经过相应治疗后,拜糖平组有着88.9%的总有效率明显优于另一组,此外,拜糖平组在餐后2h以及空腹血糖的水平均优于对照组(表1)差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗糖尿病的过程中使用拜糖平药物可以有效的降低患者的血糖水平,降糖过程较其他药物更趋平稳有着较好的安全性,值得在临床上推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic outcome and safety of baxipin in the treatment of community diabetes mellitus. Methods: 90 patients admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with metformin, while the observation group was treated with cypressine. The therapeutic effect and safety were compared between the two groups. Results: After the corresponding treatment, the total effective rate of 88.9% was significantly better in the other groups than that in the other two groups. In addition, the levels of fasting plasma glucose and glucose in the two groups were better than those in the control group (Table 1) Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of diabetes with the drug in the treatment of aldose can reduce the patient’s blood glucose levels, hypoglycemic process more stable than other drugs with good safety, it is worth to promote the use of the clinic.
