挪威最近推出一种新型生物除鱼鳞工艺,原理是通过酶液浸泡鱼体,使鱼鳞与外表皮连接松弛,然后用水冲去鳞片.它的工艺流程为:(1)鱼体浸渍于微酸性去鳞酶的水溶液中,经一定时间后,鱼体表面粘液溶解,鱼皮上的鱼鳞松弛;(2)浸渍后的鱼被传送到洗涤槽,再经传送带自动调整鱼体的方位,使鱼头、鱼腹朝指定方向;(3)鱼被送至喷水嘴冲洗,一面的鳞片被冲洗后,再调整至另一面冲洗.上述流水线只需一个操作工,每小时可加工1300公斤黑线鳕.而处理一吨黑线鳕只需要60克鳞酶.此项工艺不仅可以降低劳动强度,而且也降低了成本.
