通过对大冶铁矿铜铁矿石进行系统的助磨剂研究 ,筛选出多种有效助磨剂 :DY 1 # 、DY 2 # 、多聚磷酸钠、AMPC、马来酐、木质素磺酸盐、聚丙烯酸钠。其中开发研究的DY系列助磨剂助磨效果最好。文中介绍了当磨机处理能力不变时 ,DY 1 # 、DY 2 # 助磨剂能分别使原生矿、混合矿产品中 - 2 0 0目粒级的产率相应提高 7 8个百分点和 4 6个百分点 ;当磨矿细度保持不变时 ,磨机处理能力相应提高 4 6个百分点和 5个百分点。助磨剂的加入对后续浮选、磁选和脱水作业无不良影响。
Through the systematic study of grinding aids on Daye iron ore, many effective grinding aids were screened: DY 1 #, DY 2 #, sodium polyphosphate, AMPC, maleic anhydride, lignosulfonic acid Salt, sodium polyacrylate. Among them, the DY series grinding aids developed and studied have the best grinding effect. In the paper, when DY1 # and DY2 # grinding aids can not change the processing capacity of the mill, the grinding aids can respectively increase the yield of medium-200 mesh grade in primary ore and mixed mineral products by 78% and 4 6 percentage points. When the fineness of grinding remained unchanged, the processing capacity of the mill increased by 46% and 5% respectively. Add grinding aids for the follow-up flotation, magnetic separation and dewatering operations without adverse effects.
