动功八式是戚家拳的第二层功夫,主练腰身,并以腰身带动四肢,实现“主宰于腰”。虽以练功为主,亦隐技击之用。今一并介绍如下。预备式:双脚并拢,自然站立,虚灵顶劲。待呼吸自然均匀,闭目凝神(图1)。意念:自上而下放松全身,默念:松--;待全身放松,意守虚无,默念:空--。第一式:混沌初开。俗称定神式。动作1:由预备式起,双掌自体侧下垂,向两侧上方提起至肩平,掌心向下,同时吸气(图2)。意念:双掌劳宫穴采吸大地之
