囊性腹膜间皮瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤。国外文献累计仅15例,国内尚未见报道。我院于1984年曾遇1例,现报告如下。患者,女,66岁。因1年前发现左上腹内有一拳头大肿物,渐增大。于1984年11月29日入院。患者无石棉接触史。体检:一般情况佳。左上腹稍膨胀,肝脾未触及。左上腹内可触到一24×15cm之球形肿物。表面光滑,囊性感,边界清,无压痛及腹水征。常规化验无异常。
Cystic peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare tumor. Only a total of 15 foreign literature, not yet reported in China. Our hospital in 1984 had a case, are as follows. Patient, female, 66 years old. 1 year ago found a large fist in the left upper abdomen, increasing. On November 29, 1984 admitted. Patients without asbestos exposure history. Physical examination: the general situation is good. Left upper abdomen slightly expanded, liver and spleen not touched. Left upper abdomen can touch a 24 × 15cm spherical tumor. Smooth surface, cystic sexy, clear border, no tenderness and ascites sign. No abnormalities in routine tests.
