目的建成微生物处理废物实验装置 ,拟将植物不可食生物量转化为植物营养液供植物生长发育。方法提出技术指标和性能要求 ,进行方案论证、图纸设计、加工、调试和初步微生物废物转化试验。结果该装置生物反应器中的温度、搅拌速度和供气流量可以实现自动控制 ,pH值和溶解氧浓度可以实现自动测量和手动控制 ,达到了预设的技术指标要求。 1 5d的初步微生物处理废物试验表明 ,该装置运行平稳 ,参数测控精确 ,生菜不可食生物量的降解率基本达到 90 %。结论该装置技术指标合理 ,性能稳定可靠 ,可以用来进行植物不可食生物量等废物的降解处理。只要继续优化参数组合 ,效果应该会更好。
Objective To establish an experimental device for microbial waste treatment, and to convert plant inedible biomass into plant nutrient solution for plant growth and development. Methods The technical indicators and performance requirements were put forward to carry out the program demonstration, drawing design, processing, commissioning and preliminary microbial waste conversion test. Results The temperature, stirring speed and gas flow in the bioreactor can be controlled automatically. The pH and dissolved oxygen concentration can be automatically measured and manually controlled, meeting the preset technical requirements. The preliminary microbial waste treatment of 15d showed that the device operated smoothly and the parameters were accurately measured and controlled, and the degradation rate of lettuce inedible biomass basically reached 90%. Conclusion The device has reasonable technical indexes, stable and reliable performance and can be used for degradation of waste such as plant inedible biomass. As long as you continue to optimize the parameter combination, the effect should be better.
