全省林业宣传工作会议于9月18日至19日在承德市召开。参加会议的有各市主管林业宣传工作的副局长、宣传办公室主任,厅直属单位主管宣传工作的同志,还有近年来在林业宣传发行工作中做出突出成绩的平泉县、蔚县、崇礼县的负责同志。省林业厅宣传办公室副主任冯小军传达了中国林业报社1998年度宣传发行工作会议精神,省林业厅副厅长张彦斌作了《加大力度开拓进取推动全省林业宣传工作再上新台阶》的重要讲话,明确提出了近期全省林业宣传工作的指导思想和主要任务,突出强调了做好1998年度林业报刊发行工作的意见。中国林业报社总编冯泰出席了会议,并就《中国林业报》1998年更名为《中国绿色时报》后的宣传、发行工作讲了话。

Feng Tai, editor-in-chief of China’s forestry newspaper, attended the meeting and made a statement about the propaganda and distribution work after China’s forestry newspaper was renamed “China Green Times” in 1998.
