目的:了解江苏省医疗机构老年医学科护理需求的现状。方法:对江苏省医疗机构中从事与老年医学科相关专业的护士发放问卷,从江苏省老年医学科相关医疗机构性质、护士培训情况和老年护理3个方面进行调查,了解江苏省老年医学科护理需求现状。结果:江苏省各医疗机构中老年医学科市级重点学科及以上比例为34.1%,现有床护比1∶0.4以下为75%,收治心血管疾病、脑血管疾病及内分泌疾病的比例在79.5%以上,收治80岁以上老年患者为主的医疗机构占70.5%,能够对老年科护士进行专科培训及针对老年病人开展特色护理的科室仅占48.5%,针对老年患者制定相关护理量表的仅占4.5%。结论:江苏省各医疗机构老年医学科仍需提高自身学科层次,加强老年医学科专科护理的培训,有针对性地制定出相关护理量表,为老年患者提供个性化、有专科特色的护理。
Objective: To understand the current situation of nursing needs in geriatrics department of medical institutions in Jiangsu Province. Methods: A questionnaire was sent to nurses engaged in geriatric medicine related subjects in medical institutions of Jiangsu Province. The questionnaires were surveyed from the aspects of the nature of the medical institutions of geriatrics in Jiangsu Province, the nurses’ training situation and the aged care, and to understand the nursing care of Geriatrics in Jiangsu Province Demand status. Results: The key disciplines in the field of gerontology and geriatrics of various medical institutions in Jiangsu Province were above 34.1%, with 75% below the existing 1% below 0.4%. The proportion of patients receiving cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases and endocrine diseases was 79.5% %, 70.5% of the medical institutions that mainly treat elderly patients over 80 years of age, only 48.5% of the departments that can carry out specialty training for Geriatric Nurses and carry out special care for elderly patients, only for the development of relevant nursing scales for elderly patients Accounting for 4.5%. Conclusion: The geriatric medicine departments of various medical institutions in Jiangsu Province still need to improve their discipline level, strengthen the training of specialty nursing in geriatrics, and formulate relevant nursing scales in a targeted manner so as to provide individualized and specialist nursing care to elderly patients.
