在一九八一年中国水利学会环境水利研究会的成立大会上,我曾提出过一篇《试论环境水利工作》的论文,时至今日已四年了。通过实践、认识、再实践、再认识这样一个过程,有些认识已经进一步深化了,故以《再论环境水利工作》为题,在一九八五年的环境水利研究会工作会议上作了个人发言。会后索稿者不少,故整理成文,特请《水资源保护》编辑部予以刊载,以便请更多读者指正。
At the inaugural meeting of the Environmental Water Conservancy Society of China Society of Hydraulic Engineering in 1981, I had put forward an essay on “Working on Environmental Water Conservancy”, which has been going on for four years now. Through practice, understanding, re-practice and re-understanding of such a process, some understandings have been further deepened. Therefore, in the title of “Re-discussing Environmental Water Conservancy Work”, I personally made a speech at the Working Conference of Environmental Water Conservancy in 1985 Speaking. After the meeting a lot of scholar, so finishing order, especially invited “Water Resources Protection” editorial department to be published in order to please more readers correct.
