研究了四氟乙烯齐聚反应及其产物的应用。从四氟乙烯起始用氟离子引发获得得率为78%的四氟乙烯齐聚体,并确定四、五聚体的结构分别为Ⅰ和Ⅱ。五聚体的苯磺酸钠衍生物(Ⅵ)可成功地应用于无氰电镀工艺中铜镀件的电解去油污。
The oligomerization of tetrafluoroethylene and the application of its product were studied. Tetrafluoroethylene was obtained from tetrafluoroethylene by fluoride ion initiation, yielding 78% of the tetrafluoroethylene oligomer, and the tetraand pentamers were identified as I and II, respectively. The pentameric sodium benzenesulfonate derivative (Ⅵ) can be successfully applied to the electrolytic degreasing of copper plating in cyanide-free plating process.
