采用平板铸件法测定了珍珠岩,发泡石膏、陶瓷棉三种保温材料和湿砂型的热物理系数。从砂型铸件的凝固特点出发,提出了保温冒口的计算方法并利用测得的热物理系数对纯铝立方体铸件做了验证,实验结果与计算相符:珍珠岩和发泡石膏保温冒口比普通冒口约小七倍,陶瓷棉保温冒口小八倍。最后对保温胃口的效用进行了理论分析,说明形成集中缩孔的合金铸件采用保温冒口,可以显著提高生产率和铸件实收率,节省金属熔化和切割冒口费用,减少金属损耗。
The thermophysical coefficients of perlite, foamed gypsum and ceramic cotton were measured by flat cast method. Based on the solidification characteristics of sand castings, the calculation method of thermal riser is proposed and the verification of pure aluminum cubic castings is made based on the measured thermal physical coefficients. The experimental results are in accordance with the calculation. Perlite and foamed gypsum thermal riser than common Riser about seven times smaller, ceramic cotton insulation riser eight times smaller. Finally, the theoretical analysis of the effect of thermal insulation appetite, indicating that the formation of a centralized shrinkage of the alloy castings using thermal riser, can significantly improve productivity and casting real yield, saving metal melting and cutting riser costs and reduce metal loss.
