随着经济政治体制改革,行政事业单位国有资产数量在增长的同时,还出现严重的资源浪费、资产配置抄表、闲置报废及低价变卖等问题,对行政事业单位国有资产管理及效益问题带来了重大的影响。我国目前在行政事业单位国有资产管理工作中还缺乏丰富的实践经验及管理理论,本文就以尤溪县为例,对事业单位国有资产管理中存在的问题及其管理策略展开分析。
