目前,碳纤维布已广泛应用于结构加固领域,为研究不同粘贴量加固预应力混凝土空心板的加固效果及承载力计算方法,本文结合现行纤维增强复合材料建设工程应用技术规范,在规范基础上对2块及6块碳纤维加固预应力混凝土空心板试验数据进行对比分析,提出便于设计应用的抗弯承载力加固计算公式。结果表明:通过粘贴碳纤维加固可以显著提高预应力混凝土空心板的承载力与延性;提出的计算方法偏于安全,可以应该于加固承载力计算。
At present, the carbon fiber cloth has been widely used in the field of structural reinforcement. In order to study the reinforcement effect and the bearing capacity calculation method of the prestressed concrete hollow slab with different amount of paste, this paper combined with the current technical specifications of the application of fiber reinforced composites construction project, 2 and 6 carbon fiber reinforced prestressed concrete hollow slab test data were compared and analyzed, put forward to facilitate the design and application of flexural capacity consolidation formula. The results show that the bearing capacity and ductility of the prestressed concrete hollow slab can be remarkably improved by bonding the carbon fiber reinforced concrete. The proposed method is safer and should be used to calculate the reinforced bearing capacity.
