LaCl_3、PrCl_3浸种后使油松幼苗超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性增加,其中LaCl_3比PrCl_3处理效果明显。经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析表明,适当浓度的LaCl_3和PrCl_3均能诱导油松幼苗产生新的SOD同工酶,并且使某些同工酶酶带加强。LaCl_3诱导产生阳极和阴极SOD同工酶,PrCl_3诱导产生阳极SOD同工酶。
The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings increased after soaking with LaCl_3 and PrCl_3, and the effect of LaCl_3 was stronger than that of PrCl_3. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis showed that LaCl3 and PrCl3 could induce the production of new SOD isozymes and increase some isozymes. LaCl 3 induced the production of anode and cathode SOD isozymes, and PrCl 3 induced the production of anodic SOD isozymes.
