碳氟化合物在结构上与已知对肝脏有毒性作用的CCI_4和CHCl_3相似,因而推测这些碳氟化合物也可能是有毒的,但资料很少。本文研究的目的是观察动物吸入FC11(单氟三氯甲烷)和FC12(二氟二氯甲烷)对代谢是否有影响。实验方法:急性实验用体重3.0~3.5kg的家兔和体重10~15kg的狗。实验用四个浓度:5%FC 11,20%FC 12,20%FC 11FC 12(10/90)以及50%FC11/FC 12(10/90)。吸入的混合气中含20%的氧。急性实验吸入一次,20分钟。亚急性实验用体重200~250g雄性大鼠和体重3.0~3.5kg的家兔。实验用
Fluorocarbons are structurally similar to CCI_4 and CHCl_3, which are known to have toxic effects on the liver, suggesting that these fluorocarbons may also be toxic, but less informative. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether animals inhaled FC11 (monofluorotrichloromethane) and FC12 (difluorodichloromethane) had an effect on metabolism. Experimental Methods: Acute experimental rabbits weighing 3.0-3.5 kg and dogs weighing 10-15 kg. Four concentrations were tested for experiments: 5% FC11, 20% FC12, 20% FC11FC12 (10/90) and 50% FC11 / FC12 (10/90). Inhaled mixture contains 20% oxygen.
