实验室认可工作中要对所用方法进行不确定度评定。实验中对甲醛吸收-副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法测定水中二氧化硫的测量不确定度进行了评定。主要来源有测量样品重复性、配制标准溶液和未知样品溶液、工作曲线带来的不确定度、仪器误差。其中,工作曲线带来的不确定度较大,是不确定度的主要来源。采用《甲醛吸收-副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法HJ 482-2009》测定批号为206036的标准样品,二氧化硫测定结果为:C=0.531±0.017 mg/L。
Laboratory accreditation work to assess the uncertainty of the method used. In the experiment, the measurement uncertainty of formaldehyde absorption - pararosaniline spectrophotometry for the determination of sulfur dioxide in water was evaluated. The main source of measurement sample repeatability, preparation of standard solution and unknown sample solution, the working curve of the uncertainty, the error of the instrument. Among them, the working curve brings greater uncertainty, is the main source of uncertainty. The standard sample of batch number 206036 was determined by “formaldehyde absorption - pararosaniline spectrophotometry HJ 482-2009”. The result of determination of sulfur dioxide was: C = 0.531 ± 0.017 mg / L.
