跳远运动员的身体素质主要表现在:弹跳力、起跳速度、助跑速度和协调性四个方面。良好的弹跳能力及高速助跑快速起跳,是不断提高技术水平和运动成绩的重要保证。我们根据跳远运动员身体训练特点反复探索、实践,在训练过程中经常采用以下练习,实践证明它们对增长运动员弹跳力、提高运动成绩效果显著。一、重复练习示例 1.上下小凳,两足交替蹬起(如图1)。每次10-15次,重复2-5次。 2.单腿左右交叉跳前进(如图2)。每次前进30-40米,重复2-5次。 3.三级跳或多级跳。 4.助跑3-5步做起跳。
The physical fitness of long-jump athletes mainly manifests in four aspects: jumping ability, jumping speed, running speed and coordination. Good bounce ability and high-speed run-off jump, is an important guarantee to continuously improve the technical level and performance. According to the long-jump athlete’s physical training characteristics, we repeatedly explore, practice, often in the training process the following exercises, practice shows that they increase the athlete’s jumping ability, improve performance significantly. First, repeated practice example 1. Stool from top to bottom, two feet alternately kicking (Figure 1). 10-15 times each time, repeat 2-5 times. 2. Cross-jump around one leg forward (Figure 2).
