本文应用超声心动图对健康人及轻中度高血压病患者各36例的右房-石室平面位移进行测量以评价其右室舒张功能。结果表明高血压病组舒张期右房-右室平面位移最大幅度低于正常组(P<0.001)。右房收缩引起右务右室平面位移及其与全舒张期右房。右室平面位移最大幅度比值高于正常组(P<0.001,P<0.001)。且后者同PD测量三尖瓣下血流A/E比值存在线性相关(r=0.82;r=0.92;p<0.001)。因此超声心动图测量右房-右室平面位移可用于评价右室舒张功能。
In this paper, 36 cases of healthy people and mild to moderate essential hypertension in patients with right atrium - stone plane displacement measurement to evaluate the right ventricular diastolic function. The results showed that the maximum amplitude of diastolic right atrium-right ventricular plane displacement in hypertensive patients was lower than that in the normal group (P <0.001). Contraction of the right atrium causes right ventricular plane displacement and right atrial diastolic. The maximum amplitude ratio of right ventricular plane displacement was higher than that of the normal group (P <0.001, P <0.001). There was a linear correlation between the latter and PD A / E ratio (r = 0.82; r = 0.92; p <0.001). Therefore, echocardiography measurement of right atrium - right ventricular plane displacement can be used to evaluate right ventricular diastolic function.
