随着社会和经济朝信息化、全球化发展,教育教学的不断深化,对培养创新精神和创造型人才,提出了前所未有的紧迫要求。在中等职业学校教育中要实现这个目标要求,学校管理创新是一个必不可少的条件。因此寻求一条具有时代特点、符合学校实际的发展新思路,提高学校管理的效能,是当前学校管理者必须面对的新问题。通过分析以人为本教育管理的含义及其对中等职业学校管理的意义,进一步对中等职业学校教育管理存在问题的反思,提出现代中等职业学校教育需要人本管理。
As society and economy move toward informationization, globalization and deepening of education and teaching, unprecedented pressing demands have been put forth on cultivating innovative talents and creative talents. In secondary vocational school education to achieve this goal, school management innovation is an indispensable condition. Therefore, it is a new problem that school administrators must face now to seek a new thinking that has the characteristics of the times and accord with the actual development of the school and improve the efficiency of school management. By analyzing the meaning of people-oriented education management and its significance to the management of secondary vocational schools, further reflection on the existing problems of education management in secondary vocational schools is proposed, and modern secondary vocational school education needs human-based management.
