钻井过程中会产生大量含水率较高(通常为90%以上)的钻井固体废弃物。若直接采用固化处理,会增加处理剂的用量,导致成本增加。针对以上问题,设计出了一种钻井固体废弃物夯实除水处理装置。该装置利用压头自身重力作用,对钻井固体废弃物进行物理挤压夯实,从而实现脱水的目的。通过试验,该装置除水率达到20%以上,在除水过程中无需加入任何药剂。采用该装置+固化处理(微生物处理)的方式,较单纯采用固化处理(微生物处理)减少处理成本约6%~10%,具有良好的经济效益,具有应用推广价值。
Drilling produces large volumes of drilling solids that contain high levels of water (typically more than 90%). If the direct use of curing treatment, will increase the amount of treatment agent, resulting in increased costs. In view of the above problems, a drilling solid waste dewatering device was designed. The device utilizes the effect of gravity of the pressure head to physically squeeze solid compaction of drilling solid waste so as to realize the purpose of dehydration. Through the test, the device water removal rate reached more than 20%, in the water removal process without adding any agent. The device + curing treatment (microbial treatment) approach, compared with the simple use of curing treatment (microbial treatment) to reduce processing costs of about 6% to 10%, with good economic benefits, with the application of promotional value.
