目的观察甘精胰岛素对糖尿病大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞和细胞因子等免疫指标的影响。方法采用一次性腹腔注射大剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立1型糖尿病大鼠模型,给予甘精胰岛素治疗6周,并设立相应对照组,于给药后3周、6周测定其外周血中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-10水平及CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的变化情况。结果甘精胰岛素能明显降低糖尿病大鼠外周血TNF-α、IFN-γ水平(P<0.01)、升高IL-10水平(P<0.01)且能使CD4+/CD8+的比值显著降低(P<0.01)。结论甘精胰岛素可在一定程度上改善糖尿病大鼠体内的炎症水平。
Objective To observe the effects of insulin glargine on immune indexes such as T lymphocytes and cytokines in peripheral blood of diabetic rats. Methods One-week intraperitoneal injection of high-dose streptozotocin (STZ) to establish a rat model of type 1 diabetes mellitus, insulin glargine treatment for 6 weeks, and the establishment of the corresponding control group, 3 weeks after administration, 6 weeks measured its peripheral The levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-10 in blood and the changes of CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in blood were measured. Results Glargine significantly decreased the levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in peripheral blood of diabetic rats (P <0.01), increased the levels of IL-10 (P <0.01), and significantly decreased the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + 0.01). Conclusion Glargine can improve inflammation in diabetic rats to a certain extent.
