Training methods A martial arts first goal is to raise the level of combat. However, although many young people have spent a long time shedding a lot of sweat with little success, their boxing skills can hardly compete with those who are fit or who are used to fighting. The reason is that in training, they have taken a very tortuous road that does not lead to the goal. Of course, success will not favor those who seek only short cuts without trying to work harder. However, those who are determined to “hang the cone” without paying attention to efficiency and method will do nothing. With the least amount of energy, the shortest possible time, the most dramatic increase in combat levels will require a scientific training to climb a path that leads almost directly to the summit.
