90～100%的系统性红斑狼疱(SLE)患者有肾脏损害,而临床有肾脏受累表现的发生率仅35～75%,故大多数患者属于肾病的临床静止状态。本文旨在分析临床上无肾脏异常的 SLE 患者,研究其临床特征、肾脏组织学表现及病程。15例临床上无肾脏受累的 SLE 患者,均符合美国 90-100% of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients have kidney damage, and the clinical manifestations of renal involvement is only 35 to 75% of the incidence, so most patients belong to the clinical quiescence of kidney disease. This article aims to analyze clinically SLE patients without renal abnormalities, study its clinical features, renal histology and course of disease. Fifteen patients with clinically SLE without kidney involvement were in line with the United States
