建立了发酵乳制品中亚硝酸根、硝酸根和硫氰酸根的离子色谱分析方法。样品经超纯水提取,过C18柱净化后,采用Dionex Ion Pac AS11-HC阴离子分析柱进行分离,电导检测器进行检测,KOH淋洗液梯度洗脱,外标法定量。结果显示:3种阴离子的质量浓度在0.006~5.0μg/m L范围内呈良好线性(r2>0.999 8),方法检出限为0.02~0.04m g/kg。在发酵乳制品中加标回收率为78%~106.9%,相对标准偏差为0.75%~2.55%。该方法灵敏度高,准确度、精密度好,满足样品测定的定性、定量要求。
A method for the determination of nitrite, nitrate and thiocyanate in fermented dairy products was established. Samples were purified by ultrapure water, purified by C18 column, separated by Dionex Ion Pac AS11-HC anion analytical column, detected by conductivity detector, eluted by KOH eluate and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the mass concentration of three anions showed a good linearity (r2> 0.999 8) in the range of 0.006-5.0 μg / ml, and the detection limit was 0.02-0.04 mg / kg. The spiked recoveries of fermented dairy products ranged from 78% to 106.9% with relative standard deviations of 0.75% to 2.55%. The method of high sensitivity, accuracy, precision, to meet the qualitative and quantitative determination of the sample requirements.
