曲面板件缝焊时因滚轮与板件接触面积的变化,使各点散热情况和电流密度有所不同,造成熔核尺寸随板件曲率而变化。这种情况在油箱等容器的缝焊中会造成焊缝密封性差等问题。对此,提出了电阻缝焊逐点电流调幅的概念,即在板件弯曲处使焊接电流逐点均匀地变化,以补偿上述问题所造成的负面影响。主要从软件方面介绍了其实现方法,并对该法所焊试片进行了金相分析,说明了调幅效果。该方法已实现于KFX3 型缝焊控制箱。
