随着市场经济的快速发展,油田企业职工职业化管理已成为企业发展的重要推动力。本文总结了采气厂人力资源培训管理方面存在的问题,从建立职工职业化的培养模式上设计了适于油田企业的员工培养模式,主要包括:选人——识别优秀人才、育人——完善培训体系、用人——阶梯式的职业道路、留人——完善的奖罚机制,为建立有效的职工职业化环境提供参考,也为油田企业员工培养提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of market economy, the professional management of workers in oilfield enterprises has become an important driving force for the development of enterprises. This paper summarizes the existing problems in HRM training management in gas recovery plant, and designs a training model suitable for oilfield enterprises from the training model of workers’ professionalization, including: selecting people - identifying talents and educating people - Improve the training system, employment - step-by-step career path, keep people - the perfect reward and punishment mechanism for the establishment of an effective career environment for workers to provide a reference, but also for oil field staff training to provide reference.
