目前学界关于“无直接利益冲突”概念界定和内涵揭示、原因分析及对策设计有很多创见。结合当前“无直接利益冲突”的新现象和新态势可以发现,学界关于“无直接利益冲突”问题研究的范式选择、所欠缺的制度之维等都有值得商榷之处,而以马克思主义社会冲突理论为基本分析范式、注重以制度之维分析、研究“无直接利益冲突”的取向尤其值得重视。
At present, scholars in the field of “no direct conflict of interest ” concept definition and content of the revelation, analysis of causes and countermeasures have many creative ideas. Combining with the new phenomena and new trends in the current “no direct conflicts of interest ”, we can find that the academic paradigm of the study on “no direct conflicts of interest ” and the lack of system dimensions are all worth discussing, Taking Marxist theory of social conflicts as the basic analysis paradigm, paying attention to the analysis of system dimension and studying the orientation of “no direct conflicts of interest” are of particular importance.
