以品系93一114的橡胶叶片为材料,应用影响膜脂稳定因素为指标,检测、研究和比较离体受冷(0℃)叶片在不同相对湿度条件下的效应,以及经抗坏血酸(Vc)预处理叶片,对不同相对湿度的敏感性。结果表明,不饱和相对湿度条件下受冷叶片代谢发生急剧变化,且变化幅度大,而饱和相对湿度条件下受冷叶片,代谢变化较为平稳,且变化幅度小;与对照相比,经Vc预处理叶片,在相同低温不同相对湿度条件下,都有不同程度缓解冷害的效应,尤其在不饱和相对湿度条件下,Vc预处理叶片抗冷效应更佳。
