用测电子背散射菊池图(EBSP)OPAL附件测定了再结晶达不同阶段的无间隙钢中已再结晶晶粒的织构。除了冷加工形变晶粒外,发现有两类再结晶晶粒。平整的A类晶粒具有明锐的ND//<111>的γ纤维织构,它对冷冲性极其有利。凸起的B类晶粒含有弥散的{111}<112>和{114}<110>两种织构组分。随着退火温度升高,再结晶晶粒数增多,同时其中B类晶粒相对于A类晶粒的数量减少,然后达到一稳定值
The texture of recrystallized grains in non-restoring steel at different stages of recrystallization was determined by measuring the electron backscatter Kikuchi image (EBSP) OPAL attachment. In addition to cold working deformed grains, two types of recrystallized grains were found. The flattened type A grains have a γ-fiber texture with a sharp sharp ND // <111>, which is extremely advantageous for cold-forging properties. The raised B-type grains contain both textured {111} <112> and {114} <110> textures. As the annealing temperature increases, the number of recrystallized grains increases, while the number of type B grains relative to type A grains decreases and then reaches a steady value
