采用漫反射红外光谱技术研究葡萄糖的结构。结果发现:葡萄糖同时存在着O—H伸缩振动模式(ν_(OH))、CH_2不对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(asCH_2))、CH_2对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(sCH_2))、C=O伸缩振动模式(ν_(C=O))、C—O伸缩振动模式(ν_(C—O))、O—H面内弯曲振动模式(δ_(OH))等。采用漫反射二维红外光谱技术研究了葡萄糖ν_(C=O)。实验发现,葡萄糖存在着缔合态直链葡萄糖及游离态直链葡萄糖,室温下缔合态直链葡萄糖分子结构稳定。
Using diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy to study the structure of glucose. The results showed that there were two modes of O-H stretching vibration (ν OH (OH)), CH_2 asymmetric stretching vibration mode (ν asch_2), CH_2 symmetric stretching vibration mode (ν sCH_2), C = O stretching vibration Mode (ν_ (C = O)), C-O stretching vibration mode (ν_ (C-O)), O-H plane bending vibration mode (δ_ (OH)) and so on. Glucose ν_ (C = O) was studied by diffuse reflectance two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy. The experiment found that there is glucose associated with glucose and free linear glucose, associative linear glucose molecules at room temperature molecular structure is stable.
