打造成自治区乃至全国的新型综合化工基地是“十二五”期间乌海市产业定位及重点发展方向,本文从乌海市建设化工基地的优势入手,对金融支持化工产业发展的现状、存在问题进行调查分析,提出支持化工产业发展的对策建议。
