设备的维修过去主要依赖于经验的积累和对设备不同部位配件的尝试性更换。这种维修方法不仅降低了工作效率,还提高了维修成本。当我们面临新的问题具有速变、巨变、共变等特征时,就难以解决。现在我们应注重培养适用于设备维修的思维方法。这种思维方法是建立在经验的基础上,但不依赖于经验,更多的是对故障和设备进行逻辑分析,总结出成熟的故障诊断理论。这种思维方法以逻辑思维方法为主,将故障判断过程提升到理论层面,跳出维修经验的框架,站在整体技术的高度看问题。即使面临新式的设备或新的问题,也可以做到游刃有余。
Equipment maintenance in the past relied mainly on the accumulation of experience and trial replacement of parts in different parts of the equipment. This method of repair not only reduces work efficiency but also increases maintenance costs. When we face new features such as rapid change, dramatic change, total change, it is hard to solve. Now we should focus on developing ways of thinking that apply to equipment maintenance.
