在我们的身边,常常听到老师抱怨学生如何如何,学习习惯差,思维慢,智力低,学生难教,等等,反思自己的教学行为者却很少,殊不知,实际生活中的学生厌学、逆反,成绩差,很大一个方面是由于我们一部分教师进行教学设计的时候,站得高、心浮气躁、放弃等原因造成的。笔者认为:要想让“人人学有价值的数学;人人都能获得必需的数学;不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”我们的老师必须“低调”一点,从学生的思维心智去思考问题,预设教学环节。
