在我国,房地产成为了整个市场经济当中最为重要的组成部分,对于整个社会的经济发展都带来了非常重要的作用。在我国实行了住宅质量分户验收的管理制度后,房建工程所采取的相关的管理措施就变得非常重要。本文就房屋建筑工程的质量管理控制作出简要的分析。
