提出的一种新型油气弹簧悬架是在现有油气弹簧悬架技术基础上配置一个单向阀和一个可调节流阀,该系统同近来发展的油气弹簧主动悬架系统相比具有明显的造价低和耗能少的优点。由于其在振动压缩行程的变刚度特性和伸长行程可施加可控作用力,理论分析表明它具有良好的自适应振动控制性能。实验结果显示其和现有油气弹簧悬架相比在低频时,悬架系统的总体性能都得到显著改善,表明该系统具有工程应用的发展前景。
A new type of oil-gas spring suspension is proposed based on the existing oil-gas spring suspension technology with a check valve and an adjustable throttle valve, which has obvious cost compared with the recent active suspension system of oil-gas springs Low and energy-saving advantages. Due to its variable stiffness characteristics and the extended stroke of the vibration compression stroke, a controlled force can be applied. Theoretical analysis shows that it has good adaptive vibration control performance. The experimental results show that the overall performance of the suspension system has been significantly improved at low frequencies compared with the existing oil-gas spring suspension, indicating that the system has the prospect of engineering application.
