本文从市场营销专业人才培养出发,通过对白酒企业营销人才的需求进行分析,提出“能进酒坊、能跑市场、能容天下、能担大梁”的“四能”培养规格。并且分析了在师资、教材、校企合作及教学方面的现状与不足,最后提出利用现有资源加大对师资特别是具有实践经验的双师型教师的引入,利用激励制度,丰富和完善教学资源,提升专业的内核建设。
Based on the analysis of the marketing professionals of liquor enterprises, this paper puts forward the training standard of “Four Capabilities” which can enter the liquor market, run the market, . And analyzes the status quo and deficiencies in the teaching staff, teaching materials, school-enterprise cooperation and teaching, and finally puts forward the use of existing resources to increase the introduction of teachers, especially double-qualified teachers with practical experience, the use of incentive system to enrich and perfect teaching Resources, enhance professional core construction.
