白古名山出名寺,名寺产名茶。茶与寺与僧都有着深深的不解之缘。我国最早种植茶叶的是西汉时期的吴理真,他在四川蒙顶山上落发修行,亦茶亦佛,禅茶一味。唐代,出自寺院的陆羽,所写的《茶经》记录了茶的历史、种植、加工以及茶具、品茶习俗等,被后人尊称为“茶圣”。而唐末五代时期,河北赵州禅师以“吃茶去”的机锋接引弟子,这些无不体现了中国佛教文化与茶文化是息息相关的。福建省是乌龙茶、红茶、白茶的发源地,同时拥有绿茶、花茶的制作工艺,是我国茶叶生产及出口大省,许多品种驰名中
