本文参照GB/T 5009.14-2003第一试验方法,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行食品中锌含量的测定。全面分析并计算测定过程中的各不确定度来源,建立其测定结果的数学模型。该方法可适用于ICP-AES测定食品中的锌含量的不确定度评定。
In this paper, the first test method GB / T 5009.14-2003, the determination of zinc content in food by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Comprehensively analyze and calculate the source of the uncertainty in the determination process and establish the mathematical model of the measurement results. This method can be applied to the uncertainty of the determination of zinc content in food by ICP-AES.
