为宣传100年以来全球工程咨询业取得的巨大成就,表彰咨询工程师为促进人类经济社会发展和改善生活质量做出的杰出贡献,国际咨询工程师联合会(FIDIC,菲迪克)在成立百年之际,在全球94个国家和3个地区性成员协会范围内首次开展了“FIDIC百年工程项目奖”评选活动。2013年9月15日至18日,国际咨询工程师联合会(FIDIC,菲迪克)在西班牙巴塞罗那召开2013年年会暨FIDIC成立百年庆典大会。9月17日举行了百年工程项目奖颁奖仪式。FIDIC此次评选活动按照国际认可、技术卓越性、创新性和可持续性四个方面的要求,共有36个项目和6名咨询工程师获奖。中国工程咨询协会根据FIDIC提出的条件和要求,在经过专家多次认真严格的评审后,在众多的申报项目中,共评选出10个重大建筑项目,45个重大工程项目,4个杰出工程咨询单位和5名杰出咨询工程师,上报FIDIC,其中13个项目和3名咨询工程师分别获得杰出奖和优秀奖,其他项目和个人获得提名奖,是获奖数量最多的国家。中国工程咨询协会代表我国工程咨询业所推荐的项目都非常优秀,表明我国的工程咨询理念、技术创新和建设标准达到了国际先进水平。这些项目的成功建设,凝聚了咨询工程师的智慧和心血。本刊将陆续介绍获得FIDIC百年工程项目奖的中国项目和咨询工程师,包括获得提名奖的项目、单位和个人。
In order to promote the tremendous achievements of the global engineering consulting industry since the 100 years and commend the consulting engineers’ outstanding contributions to promoting the economic and social development of human beings and improving the quality of life, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) The first “FIDIC Centennial Construction Project Award” was held in 94 countries and 3 regional member associations worldwide. From September 15 to 18, 2013, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC, Fidic) convened the 2013 Annual Meeting and the FIDIC Centenary Conference in Barcelona, Spain. September 17 held a hundred years project award ceremony. FIDIC The selection of activities in accordance with the international recognition, technical excellence, innovation and sustainability of the four requirements, a total of 36 projects and 6 consulting engineers won the award. According to the conditions and requirements proposed by FIDIC, China Association of Engineering Consultants has selected 10 major construction projects, 45 major projects and 4 outstanding engineering consulting projects after many serious and rigorous assessments by experts. The unit and five outstanding consulting engineers reported to FIDIC. Thirteen projects and three consulting engineers won the Outstanding Award and Outstanding Award respectively. Other projects and individuals received the nomination award, which is the most awarded nation. China Engineering Consulting Association on behalf of China’s engineering consulting industry recommended projects are very good, indicating that China’s engineering consulting philosophy, technological innovation and construction standards reached the international advanced level. The successful construction of these projects brings together the wisdom and effort of consulting engineers. The journal will introduce one after another Chinese project and consulting engineer who won the FIDIC Centennial Engineering Project Award, including the projects, units and individuals who received the nomination award.
