我处临黄大堤长194.5公里,计有险工12处、控护工程17处、坝岸工程653道(段),占堤防长的32.4%。这些工程和对岸工程配合,交错对峙,高村以上工程布点大体完成,使河势逐步有所控制,高村以下至陶城铺基本控制了溜势。总的看,经过多年洪水考验,这些工程对稳定河势、护滩固堤起到了明显作用。现对有关工程的坝型,方位和挡距,提出几点粗浅的意见,错误之处,请指正。
