本文从多冲压缩抗力角度讨论了模具钢渗硼工艺和金相组织。结果指出:模具钢渗硼层在多次冲击压缩载荷下发生一定的塑性变形。渗硼组织中单相硼化物Fe_2B具有较好的塑性和较高的多冲抗力,提出获得渗硼层中单相硼化物Fe_2B的热处理工艺。
This paper discusses the boronizing process and microstructure of die steel from the perspective of multi-ramming compression resistance. The results show that the boronizing layer of the die steel undergoes some plastic deformation under multiple impact compression loads. The single-phase boride Fe_2B in the boronized microstructure has good plasticity and high multi-impact resistance, and a heat treatment process for obtaining single-phase boride Fe_2B in the boronizing layer is proposed.
