本文应用武汉大学研制的新型显色剂-对乙酰基偶氮胂,针对江西稀土矿的特点,采用酸浸溶样,草酸掩蔽重稀土及铁、铝等共存元素,双波长法直接测定稀土矿中的轻稀土,而不进行分离,经与碱熔-萃取-偶氮氯膦Ⅲ法和偶氮胂Ⅲ法对照,结果良好。采用回归分析法处理数据,相关系数γ=0.9994。一、实验部分 1.主要仪器及试剂:721型分光光度计;0.1%对乙酰基偶氮肿水溶液;pH2.24盐酸-醋酸钠缓冲液;0.2%草酸溶液;轻稀土标准溶液:10μg/ml,以氧化物计,其中La:
