1975年5月,笔者在农村医疗队用丹参和细胞营养代谢剂治愈1例急性乙醇中毒致尿崩症患者,现报告如下。王x x,男,31岁。于1972年3月的一天午餐。喝“竹叶青”酒半斤,酒后醉睡2小时,未呕吐;当天晚餐,又喝“高梁酒”半斤,几分钟后,患者神志不清,呈昏睡状,6～7小时后,患者逐渐清醒,出现多尿,继之口干、烦渴、喝水不止。次日,多尿多饮症状逐渐加重,每隔5～15分钟小便1次,每次尿量约0.5～1升,24小时尿总量最多
