人际网络作为企业竞争情报的重要来源越来越受到情报学学者和企业的重视,但是对于大多数企业来讲并没有建立一个有效的人际网络,因而如何构建一个有效的人际网络便成为企业人际网络建设面临的主要问题。基于此,首先介绍人际情报网络的基本概念及其特点,在原有理论的基础上,重新设计企业人际情报网络的构建流程,提出四循环设计模式,并对人际情报网络的维护作重点研究,最后指出企业在构建人际情报网络时应关注的问题。
As an important source of corporate competitive intelligence, interpersonal networks are increasingly valued by scholars and enterprises of information science.
