衡量一个市场或者主管的最基本指标就是销量,但是我们常说销量不是万能的,没有销量是万万不能的!一、形形色色的销量“毒品”销量:销量大,价格低。“废品”销量:销量小,价格低。“次品”销量:销量小,价格高。“极品”销量:销量大,价格高。比如,在很多厂家的基地市场上,销量大,但是利润贡献率不高,这就是“毒品”市场。
