近日,全国厂务公开协调小组表彰了一批全国厂务公开民主管理先进单位,在云南省的获奖名单中,云天化国际获得排名第一的好成绩。云天化国际自成立以来,高度重视厂务公开工作,紧紧抓住构建和谐劳动关系这一主线,从制度建设入手,持续不断地推进厂务公开民主制度规范化和法制化建设,在厂务公开、民主管理方面走在了众多企业的前列。
