Objective To explore the method and efficacy of endoscopic microvascular decompression in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Sixty-six patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia underwent retrosigmoid sinus approach and endoscopic microvascular decompression. The responsible vessels were confirmed by 0 ° and 30 ° endoscopic surgery during operation, and were pushed into Tfelon batt. Results 36 cases of postoperative pain relief effective rate of 97.2%. Among them, 14 cases were responsible for anterior superior cerebellar artery, 38.9% were anterior cerebellum, 10 were anterior cerebellar artery, 27.8% were posterior inferior cerebellar artery, 19.4% were posterior inferior cerebellar artery, 5.5% were basilar artery, 3% Accounting for 8.4%. Conclusions The treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia by sinusoidal microvascular decompression is effective and the neurological function is preserved.
