北 京市专利事务所成立于 1985年我国专利法实施 前夕,是北京市政府批准的第一家专利代理机构,现隶属于北京市科学技术研究院。现有专职专利代理人14名,其中6名是高级专利代理人,2名律师。其业务范围扩展到包括台湾省在内的全国各地。 建所十年来,在北京市专利代理机构不断发展、竞争十分剧烈的形势下,该所凭着高质量的代理工作,热情的服务和良好的信誉赢得了众多专利发明人、委托人的信任,依靠艰苦奋斗求得了自身发展,1985年以来连续被评为北京市专利工作先进单位,1995年又被评为全国专利工作先进代理机构。十年来他们主要抓好了以下几方面的工作: Beijing Patent Office was established in 1985 on the eve of the implementation of the Patent Law of China, Beijing Municipal Government approved the first patent agency, now under the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Research Institute.
