本文从有效氯含量、对3种试验菌综合杀菌率和微生物污染等方面考察0.5%"84"消毒临床应用液的有效时限。实验结果表明,该应用液的有效氯含量和综合杀菌率两者的变化均与使用时间成负相关,而微生物污染则随使用时间延长而加剧。使用24h时,有效氯含量为102.02±13.27mg/L,综合杀菌率为99.98的,污染细菌数未超标;使用48h时,有效氯降至62.41±8.18mg/L,综合杀菌率仅为86.85%,污染细菌数超标。提示,0.5%"84"消毒临床应用液有效时限为24h。
This article examines the effective time of 0.5% “84” disinfection clinical application solution from the aspects of effective chlorine content, comprehensive sterilization rate and microbial contamination of the three kinds of test bacteria. The experimental results show that both the effective chlorine content and the comprehensive disinfection rate of the application liquid are negatively correlated with the use time, while the microbial contamination is aggravated with the prolongation of the use time. The effective chlorine content was 102.02 ± 13.27mg / L at 24 hours, and the total bactericidal rate was 99.98, the number of bacteria was not exceeded. After 48 hours, the available chlorine decreased to 62.41 ± 8.18mg / L , The comprehensive sterilization rate was only 86.85%, the number of contaminated bacteria exceeded.
